Email, texting and even social media are now deemed acceptable ways to communicate with consumers about their debt. We wanted to understand how consumer's preferences fit into this new landscape, so we conducted a survey of 250 random consumers across generations.

We asked 15 questions that clarified how consumers prefer to interact on channels like email, texting, social media and phone calls, and we want to share what we found out.
